Frequently Asked Questions

When will I be charged for my subscription?

Monthly Book Club: Payments will be charged on the 1st of every month. For example, if you subscribe in January, your first payment will be charged immediately, and then on the 1st of each following month (February 1, March 1, etc.).

Quarterly Collectors Club:
Payments will be charged on the 15th of the first month of each quarter:

  • Q1: January 15
  • Q2: April 15
  • Q3: July 15
  • Q4: October 15

If you subscribe mid-quarter, your first payment will be charged immediately, and your next payment will be charged at the start of the next quarter.

Can I skip a month or pause my subscription if needed?

Monthly Book Club: You may skip up to 2 consecutive boxes, provided you make the changes before the renewal date.

Quarterly Collectors Club: You may skip 1 box per calendar year, provided you make the changes before the renewal date.

How can I skip deliveries or cancel my subscription?

You can manage your subscription anytime in your customer portal, including skipping a box or cancelling your subscription.

To make changes:

  1. Log into your account on our website.
  2. Click on ‘Manage Subscriptions.’
  3. From there, you can update your payment info, change your address, skip a box, or cancel your subscription.

When is the featured book announced each month/quarter?

The featured author and book will be announced at least 5 days before your subscription renews, with the cover revealed shortly after.
