At TLCB, we proudly offer worldwide shipping to ensure our products reach customers around the globe.

Please note that all shipping rates are determined by the carriers we partner with, and these costs are beyond our control. Nevertheless, as part of our ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction, we are actively exploring opportunities to minimize shipping expenses for both our domestic and international customers.

Order Processing

  • After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the necessary information in your email inbox. In case you cannot locate it, please check your spam folder. Feel free to reach out to us if you require another confirmation.
  • Upon receiving all the necessary supplies from our manufacturers and printers, our goal is to fulfill your orders within 14 business days. Although we make efforts to place orders ahead of time to reduce waiting periods, unforeseen delays beyond our control may sometimes occur. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience during such instances.
  • If your order is not delivered within 30 days of the promised delivery date, you have the option to request a refund. However, it's important to note that choosing to keep a late delivered item after the refund window has passed will result in the forfeiture of your eligibility for a refund.
  • We strongly advise you to carefully review your order before finalizing it to ensure accuracy in all aspects, including name, shipping address, and so on. Should you require any changes to your order, please reach out to us at by completing our customer support form. Please note that once it has shipped, we won't be able to make any modifications to your order.

    Customs and Duties

    All international orders are subject to duty, tax, and customs collection fees determined by the importing country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order and shipping total. Customs policies vary by country and are based on the product value, so we recommend checking with your local customs office for more detailed information.

    Return Due to Non-Delivery

    If your order is returned to us, it may be due to an invalid shipping address or your package has not been collected from your designated locker or carrier office. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for orders falling under these circumstances; however, we do offer the option of reshipment upon receipt of the returned package, subject to an additional fee.

    To avoid such issues, we kindly ask you to double-check and confirm the accuracy of your shipping address before dispatch, as modifications are not possible once shipped. If you need to update your address post-shipment, please contact the carrier directly; however, be aware that they may charge a fee for this service.
