We've been notified that the shipment is expected to be released on August 7, after which it will be picked up by our courier for delivery.

As the shipment is now in the final stages of the delivery process, we're no longer able to process any additional refund requests in accordance with our refund policy.

Email sent and update posted on July 22 regarding the customs hold affecting the shipment of Face Off:

Face Off originally expected to arrive at the end of June/early July after reaching the Canadian port. Unfortunately, we were recently notified by our printer that the shipment remains on hold in customs.

We understand that the container carrying our books also contained “illegal” items that were flagged by customs, resulting in the container being detained for further inspection.

We’ve been going back and forth trying to get more definitive answers and provide whatever is needed to have the shipment released. At this point, the only update we’ve received is that it could take another 20-25 days.

We know many of you have been patiently waiting for your books. We understand how frustrating it is to receive another update that involves waiting a little longer. Unfortunately, this is an issue outside of our control, but we are continuing to follow up every day and will keep you updated as soon as we receive any new information.

Your books have now finished production and are currently awaiting dispatch. We’ll share another update as soon as they’re on their way.
