Returns and Refunds
- No returns and refunds. All sales are final.
- Please be aware that there are specific circumstances in which exceptions may be considered, and we evaluate concerns on a case-by-case basis. Should you find your purchase unsatisfactory for any reason, please don't hesitate to reach out to us by using our customer support form.
- Additionally, if your order is not delivered within 30 days of the promised delivery date, you have the option to request a refund. However, it's important to note that choosing to keep a late delivered item will result in the forfeiture of your eligibility for a refund.
Damages
We take the condition of our special edition books seriously. If you receive a special edition book that is in a damaged condition, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving your order, and we will offer a replacement or refund.
What qualifies as damaged?
- Torn or Missing Pages: If your special edition book arrives with torn or missing pages, you may qualify for a replacement or refund.
- Significant Cover Damage: If the cover of your special edition book arrives with significant cover damage, including scratches, marks, or residue, making it unsuitable for display or reading.
- Dented or Crushed Corners: Significant dents or crushing of the book's corners that hinder its aesthetic or structural integrity qualify as damaged. Please note that minor dents will not be accepted; the damage must be significant.
- Off-Center Edges with Design Cut-Off: If the edges of the printed design are off-center to the extent that part of the intended design is cut off, it qualifies as damaged.
What does NOT qualify as damaged?
The following situations do not qualify as damaged, and we do not accept returns or provide refunds for the following:
- Customer-Induced Damage: Any damage to the special edition book caused by the customer, including mishandling, accidents, or improper storage, does not qualify as damaged.
- Minor Marks or Residue: Minor cosmetic imperfections on the cover are not deemed as damaged, except when there is a significant scratch, mark, or residue that cannot be removed.
- Color Discrepancies: Slight variations in color or appearance due to differences in computer screens, printing techniques, or materials used are not considered damage. We strive to provide accurate images and descriptions on our website, but minor variations may occur.
- Creasing or Folding of Book Spine: Mild creasing or folding on the spine does not qualify as damage.
- Wavy Pages: Pages that exhibit slight waviness, often due to humidity or storage conditions, are not considered damaged.
- Change of Mind: If you change your mind or decide you no longer want the special edition book, this does not qualify as damage. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for such reasons.
- Normal Wear and Tear: Over time, special edition books may show signs of wear and aging, which is considered normal. Such wear and tear do not qualify as damaged.
Shipping in Returns and Exchanges
You are responsible for covering the shipping expenses for returning your item. These shipping costs are not eligible for refunds. In the event of a refund, the return shipping expenses will be subtracted from the total refund amount.
