About the Owner
Hi! I’m Kirstie, also known as @kirstiesbookshelf, and I’m the person behind The Love Club Bookshop.
I started TLCB with one simple goal: to create a welcoming space where romance readers can connect, feel at home, and celebrate the stories we love through special edition books and merch.
Our motto, Where Romance Book Lovers Gather, reflects our commitment to creating a vibrant, inclusive community where readers can find new favourites, enjoy exclusive items, and share the joy of everything bookish.

Get to Know Me
Hi, I'm Kirstie! I oversee all aspects of The Love Club Bookshop, including collaborations, art direction, production, social media, and all the little details that keep things running smoothly. Outside of the shop, I also work as a cardiac RN. When I’m not managing projects or packing orders, you can usually find me with my nose in a book or binge-watching movies and TV series.

Hi, I’m Torii! I help curate and coordinate merch items for our Monthly Book Club boxes. I’m a born-and-raised Chicago girl, now living in the northern suburbs. Like my Instagram handle says (@tor.alwaysreading), I really am always reading—I keep my emotional support Kindle with me at all times! I’m also a bookseller at The Pink Couch in Wilmette, IL. When I’m not working or lost in a book, I’m at home spending time with my husband, our three cats, and two dogs.
